How do you turn off ALL popup messages? All I want to see is messages about viruses and if the definition is more than 3 or 4 days old. I am sick and tired of “Updates”, “Software is out of date” messages with that freaking annoying ding sound.

There is no delineation on popups if out of date by more than 3 days, image 1.

Software out of date, if you don’t want the software updater, disable it or open it and disable checking for software you don’t want monitored.

Go to Software Updater, then Settings, and turn it off.
