Pop Ups from epictory.com, reduled.info, blackfight.info, and reddie.net

Avast keeps telling me that it has blocked an infection from these sites, it does this every time i reconnect to my network. i have ran multiple scans with avast and malwarebytes but each time it says that there is nothing in there. I am very inexperienced with computers so i really don’t know what to do PLEASE HELP!!!
