Popups On Random Webistes [SOLVED]

I keep getting Random Popups Like this:

It says:
Save 20% (Everytime) on Insert product here on Avast.com.
I have this Also on Many shopping Websites. Example: Argos.co.uk

I Solved it Myself! ;D
Turns Out the panda Security Toolbar (Which I had Hidden) was Giving me theses Popups.
Disabled it because I didn’t need it… And No New popups on any of the pages!
Ah Well.
