someone recommended i come here after posting this at simviation.com
notice so many popups when my cursor happens to move over any word that’s green…is that normal?..also simviation offered me a prize if i accepted doing a survey…i did the survey, but didn’t want the prize…was that spam or? gosh…even some of the words in this post are green, and pop ups pop up…sheesh!
didn’t know it would be somewhat of an expense…
any help would be appreciated
What OS and what browser are you using?
It sounds like a browser extension/add on that looks for keywords and sends you to adverts .
If you use avast, do you have the browser clean up tool?
thanks…windows 7…firefox…aha…i just noticed it doesn’t happen in internet explorer…uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, and it seems ok now…thanks…

It is a useful cleaner to have , it will remove pests like unwanted toolbars and add -ons.
