I have just been sent a disgusting email by “RobertT” said to be from avast forum. If you can track down this individual he should be banned. Maybe I could send you a copy of this email. Please respond I as would like this matter cleared up

You weren’t alone many received it if their spam filters didn’t kill it. As you can see by the official response prompt action was taken on this almost two weeks ago. The PM function is currently not active. You should also have received an email apology from the real avast administrators.
