First of all: HI!

I have got a problem with my Avast Firewall.
I play computer games and there a want a good connection to the servers. Now I have played The Crew and saw that the Nat-Type is “moderate”.
First of all i thought, that the reason for my problem is my router. So I put all ports into the list of port forwarding, without success.
Then I tried to turn off the Avast Firewall for testing. Then the NAT-Type is “open” - this is what I want. But I also don’t want to turn off my firewall.
So I put all ports for this game into the list of open Ports.
Ports for this game: 3000,3001,3002,3003 - all UDP
This also doesn’t help.
The Windows Firewall is turned off. The game is running on a PC with Win 10 64 bit.
I also put the ports in the list for this application - no success.
Anybody an idea what I’m doing wrong?

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Avast Internet Security 2015.
Ich spiele gerne am Computer, auch online.
Nun ist mir bei dem Game The Crew aufgefallen, dass der NAT-Type “moderat” ist. Das will ich natürlich ändern. Dachte am Anfang, das Problem wäre der Router, aber als das Port Forwarding am Router nichts brachte kam ich auf die Firewall von Avast.
Ich habe nun alle Ports (lt. Ubisoft) bei der Avast-Firewall und Paketregeln für The Crew mit “zulassen” eingetragen. Leider bringt das auch nichts und der Nat-Type bleibt auf moderat. Wenn ich hingegen die Avast Firewall komplett deaktiviere ändert sich der Nat-Type auf “offen” - so sollte es auch mit Firewall werden. Also kann eigentlich nur die Avast-Firewall schuld sein.

Die Ports laut Ubisoft: 3000,3001,3002,3003 alle UDP.

Habe schon versucht für beide Richtungen eine separate Regel zu erstellen, leider auch ohne Erfolg.

Irgendjemand eine Idee, was ich dabei falsch mache?

Zum System:
Win 10 64 bit
PC ist direkt mit Kabel am Modem/Router angeschlossen
Windows Firewall ist deaktiviert

Ansonsten habe ich noch kleinere Verbindungsprobleme bei Battlefield 4, aber alles nach der Reihe. Ich denke wenn The Crew läuft ist Battlefied 4 auch kein Problem.

The main avast website uses geo-location I believe, using that it tries to display the language of your country.

Unfortunately the forum structure is different with several avast products, etc. these are primarily in English, but there are other sub-forums for different languages as mentioned.
