La verdad no tenía ninguna alerta, solo una duda sobre el programa que comenté en este tema, pero lo he dejado de usar, ya que quizás está infectado, o tal vez no, pero de igual forma usaré mis propios programas para no poner en riesgo la pc.
Sinceramente no tengo ninguna alerta de ningún tipo desde hace mucho tiempo, solo navego en páginas conocidas y totalmente éticas, nada de hacking ni cosas por el estilo, pero estoy seguro que con la limpieza que me ayudaste vos e iroc9555 a darle al navegador que utilizo y a mi pc, seguro que limpiamos basura que había en mi pc.
Estoy totalmente agradecido por tu tiempo y trabajo en ayudarme, muchas gracias a los 2 y muy amables!!! 
Doy por solucionado este tema, ahora si vos querés que haga algo más, me avisas, pero realmente anda bastante bien mi pc actualmente y creo que libre de cualquier malware.
