I just had avast free quarrantine a file from Microsoft Visual Studio for Win32:RATX-gen [Trj]

The file was (and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the Threat names and Infected File information COPYABLE!)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\Common7\IDE\Extensions\PreEmtiveSolutions\DotfuscatorCE\Mono.cecil.pdb.dll
