Possible false positive

Hello, whenever I try to use Bittorrent or Utorrent Avast blocks the download and throws the following error:

I am certain that this is a false positive as according to https://www.virustotal.com/en-gb/url/8af187311bfade5bb31da8675429539c3bd07fd22482c22e3fe7c6ce4df0bde4/analysis/ the URL that Avast block is not a threat. I am trying to torrent Lubuntu from the Lubuntu website.

I have performed scans with both Malwarebytes and ADWcleaner, which have not returned any results. Is this a fairly common false positive, or is it a legitimate concern? Advice would be appreciated.

Make the link not clickable.
We do not want people to visit a website that is potential malicious.

Virus total does not scan websites.

The IP is blocked for several reasons, amongst them is because of spam.
