Possible False Positives --> Curious Logs

Hello There,
I opened my Avast today to see if any problems had been detected by Avast in the past few days, and I came across a curious sight: I had two red logs, both saying in the details that 1 infected file had been detected, but the overall result was no virus found. When I clicked upon “view results” I was shown a blank page, coinciding with the no virus found result. I looked at my currently running scan, which, at the time, was still in my computer and not in my external hard drive, and it was in its early stages and showed 1 infect file. Is this a problem with Avast? Is there a way to resolve this using Avast, or do I need to run my Malwarebytes and see if it can find anything? Also, my computer has not been affected adversely so far as I can tell, so whatever this might be, it is still incognito to the average user’s eyes. I have posted screen-shots of both of the above described windows and I thank you in advance for any help that you can render.

Here is the other screen-shot. I couldn’t post earlier due to file size. My apologies.

It could be a Fake MP3 malware P2P attack. When a user attempts to load one of these MP3 and MPG files, they don’t get the music/video they were hoping for; instead they’re directed to download a file named PLAY_MP3.exe. Scan with MBAM and give the scan results,

Thanks for the advice Polonus. However, I don’t think it would be the mp3/mpg as I haven’t done that lately, as in the past 3 months (better to be honest, right?). I did a full scan of my computer and external hardrive with malware bytes and nothing came up. However, I did a extensive full scan by avast, all options checked, looking for rootkits, pup’s, etc, and… yeah. I have a screenshot. It says I have six infected files (nuts!) but “no threat found.” Is avast barking up the wrong tree? As I said before, I have had no adverse affects on my computer, so if Avast wasn’t reporting it, I wouldn’t have suspected any problems. But I understand virus/malware is tricky like that. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, I’m sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

Ummm… is there anything else I need to do or is this problem not really a problem at all? If this isn’t anything weird, then I’ll stop bugging your team about this. Thanks for looking at this so far.
