I think that is the culprit of the problem, AVG and avast! conflicting. It was never a good idea to have two residental av solutions together. They start to detect each other, just like two bloodhounds fighting over a bone and you get less security and false positive detections of signatures as a reward. So uninstall all remnants of AVG with a good working uninstaller http://www.wikihow.com/Uninstall-AVG-Internet-Security-2012 , and then see if that comp is indeed infected. It might not be after all. Because of eeff.msi a question. Could n´t there been remnants of a McAfee install, maybe McAfee Security Plus…
