No change, Avast blocks it in both IE and Chrome Incognito mode.
A little research in that site indicates that Avast is correct in blocking it

If Avast is correct, then why is Avast only blocking it on my computer and nobody else’s? even my other computer let’s me access the websites and it has Avast installed too.
I contacted the website they confirmed for me that their website is safe, and there is no known malware on their end… and that their system is not blocking me. they’re suggesting that maybe java is the problem?
they also suggested browser cache/ extensions/ adblocker all of which I’v disabled temporarily- no change.
/Here is the log from JRT and AdwCleaner.
Does this happen on all websites or is it just specific ones
Just those specific ones.
again I am able to access them through my emails, if I click on an email I can go on it fine, Avast doesn’t block it, but as soon as I type in the URL and hit Enter the home/log in screen shows up and then Avast pops up and blocks it.
It is the opinions website that we are talking about here … And it is the main page only that has the js problem no other
Yes, seems to be working for everyone else except for me…
I can see no malware on the system
Avast also blocks me from that sites page as taken from your screenshot
Is the system OK apart from that ?
Yes, my system is running fine otherwise.
My desktop computer doesn’t block the websites…a couple other people I’v spoken to…Avast doesn’t block it for them either.
I was even on a tech forum and they ran the websites as clean: https://www.virustotal.com/en/url/17e28dd829e3c6aee16f846aec61f1f10584298c6b46bdde5d67c36d91dc98df/analysis/1438835280/
So why do some computers block it and some don’t…? if there is a threat then Avast should be blocking it on all computers…shouldn’t it?
It depends on whether they go to the main page or secondary pages… I went to the main page
Yes, as soon as you type in the URL you’re brought to the main page, everyone is brought to the main page.
My desktop computer doesn’t block it…I don’t know why.
