possible mult. infection, att. logs

I hope I’m submitting this correctly, after reading several posts, similar to my problem, and the reply s, I’m attaching the log from malwarebytes scan. we have been suddenly and aggressively inundated with pop ups and pages opening themselves. not just a few but constant, and on both chrome and fire fox, vv all avast pro scans came up fine. perhaps it is infected or this is all nothing. :-[ any help you may offer would be gratefully appreciated.

Thank you,

Hi,

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool by Farbar and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Under Optional Scan ensure “List BCD” and “Driver MD5” are ticked.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
[*]The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly! here are the two logs.

And tell me how is the situation now? Any problems?

I seem to have a problem or am doing something wrong. I d/l the txt you put below
Ran the FRST program, ( the same one I ran earlier) saved the two logs to send and
Then ran the AdwCleaner, all went smoothly till I hi clean. It starts
Fine but shortly into deleting files it freezes up. I booted and
Did it all over again but with same result. What am I doing wrong? ???

FRST will now create just one report, named fixlog.txt

About Adwcleaner, can you go to C:\Adwcleaner and attach report named like this AdwCleaner[R#].txt - where # is number. You need to attach report that has highest number…
