Possible RootKit on my computer

HI Last night I was on my computer doing some scans just because I had my computer crash and it went to a blue screen earlier in the day so I thought I should do some scans so first off I ran malwarebytes free on my computer and I did a full scan just because I thought it might be a good idea to do so. While it was scanning however it was not responding half way through the scan so I uninstalled malwarebytes free and I re downloaded it again and installed it without any problems.

Then I decided to go into firefox because I wanted to make sure all the plugins in firefox were up to date since it does not update its plugins Automatically. I went to the plugin page and sure enough the Vlc plugin was out of date so downloaded the lasted version of Vlc to my desktop and uninstalled the Vlc player from my computer and installed Vlc player and everything went fine and it installed with no issues at all.

Then when Vlc was done installing Firefox proceeds to open for no reason to go to the Vlc site and then avast comes up with this white box with red trim around it and in the middle of the box it says you have a rootkit. So now this pop is up in front of me on my screen and firefox is open in the background.

So now in the popup window it says that the rootkit is in C:/program files Mozilla firefox Maintenance Tool
then below that it says that I should delete this rootkit immediately

in the top of the rootkit box it said that this could be a sighn of a malware infection.
I would just like to add that I have been using firefox lately because for some unknown reason witch I do not understand I cannot watch videos very well on a particular website. I can only watch this video through Firefox with out any issues at all.

here are the logs below:
I have some logs for you to check out below:

ps please let me now if you need any other scans done.

Thanks again

hello

Download and register ( direct link) http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/ ADWCleaner on your office(desk):

Wait that the window of confirmation of download arrives

launch it, (For vista / 7 / 8 = > right click "as administrator(director) ")

Click abolition(deletion) and post C:\Adwcleaner[Sx].txt

HI I just thought i shoul post the adwcleaner log also.

thanks.

You can uninstall Mozilla Maintenance Tool.It is used to bypass UAC during Firefox automatic updates.
I don’t install it during custom Firefox installation. It is not a rootkit and it is false positive.

Thanks Abruption for your advice I apoligize if I spelt your name wrong.
