possible virus or slow laptop?

Good day Team Avast,
I have another issue with this 3rd laptop.
The overall performance of this device is just slow (I know that is not a good measure).
The keyboard is affected in such a way that certain keys are required to be depressed multiple times before the stroke is actually registered. This becomes an issue when you press a key, say letter ‘L’ many times, it just doesn’t appear on the cursor, but then suddenly a string of LLLL would appear. You could always backspace, but it becomes an inconvenience.
Is it possible that the processor is just too slow/busy that it can not acknowledge a keystroke while something is running in the background?
Or does this sound like some kind of virus/malware?

Well, here is require logs:
mbam, FRST, Addition
is there a fourth requirement?

Thank you for your help.
