Possible virus?

I’ve been using avast for awhile, I’ve been having problems lately after installing and then uninstalling Razer Cortex.
I have found a couple files with extensive names and folders that lead to a notepad that say all these things in it. Not sure what to say about it but I can show whoever can help me.
The paths are as follows:
C:\ProgramData{429CAD59-35B1-4DBC-BB6D-1DB246563521}\x86
C:\ProgramData\188F1432-103A-4ffb-80F1-36B633C5C9E1\x86

I understand to look there but I am not sure if it’s a virus or not… I scanned with Avast and it says it’s safe. But as always, computers aren’t the smartest. Hence I’m here posting…

The file gearaspi.dll contains the ASPI interface for GEAR products. Advanced SCSI (Small Computer System Interface) Programming Interface or ASPI is a driver layer that works in between software and the CD-R hardware. ASPI actually enables applications to communicate with SCSI and/or ATAPI devices. The module gearaspi.dll operates in between the CD-R hardware and the Gear software. The ASPI interface sends commands to a SCSI or ATAPI host adapter. The ASPI then provides an abstraction layer that deletes unimportant information about the host adapter from the programmer and then normalizes the interface to simplify the application development.
