powerdvd 10 can not read blu ray because avast 6

hi,

there is a problem for avast 6 which remove the selected regions in PowerDVD 10 => error code = 800401F9> impossible blu ray player!

I reinstall PowerDVD and I have removed Avast => I have 5 selected areas in powerdvd 10 .

I have the same problem. Since installing Avast 6, PowerDVD 10 won’t play Blu-ray discs. It acts as if the region has been changed too many times and errors out. DVDs play with no problems. If I disable all Avast modules, PowerDVD works fine on Blu-ray discs. Does anyone have a solution?

Received successful solution from Avast Support. It is to disable “Monitor the system for unauthorized modifications” in behavioral shield. PowerDVD works after doing this.
