Same here. The other one is hpguru which has a huge list.
Personally I like to use IE-SpyAds aswell (restricted sites list) which is fairly big and blocks downloads from IP addresses aswell, which hosts cant. If I had a huge host file like hpguru and IE-Spyads I think it would slow browsing a bit, so I went for mvps. Obviously SpywareBlaster aswell!
