I purchased AVAST Premier (order Number 23345605) on Oct. 18, 2014, and recently I started to receive several msgs stating that the license was about to finish, and in fact I can’t use Premier anymore.
I still have plenty of time of valid license time.
How come such thing happens?
I demand that the license becomes valid again and I deserve a time compensation while it was discontined.
ANOTHER QUESTION: HOW TO CONTACT AVAST BY E-MAIL ON SUBJECTS LIKE THIS?

Choose your language and submit your problem directly to Avast.
Check your system date is correct, day/month/year and adjust as required.
If the system date is correct try a repair of avast:
Vista, win7 or later - Control Panel, Programs & Features, uninstall a program, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Uninstall/Change and select Repair, click next and follow.
Reboot after the repair.
This has in the past resolved this out of sync issue between reported and dates, etc.
