PREMIUM license problems

Hello.

Can ANYONE PLEASE explain to me once and for all, why every few days my PRIMARY DEVICE registered under PREMIUM EMAIL avast ACCOUNT looses its PREMIUM license??

The device is showing as PREMIUM on both the Anti-Theft screen and on the main avast Anti-Virus screen but on the “my.avast.com” it shows as FREE license.

All settings are some according the instructions and still…
The device is ROOTED, the settings are HARD-SAVED SUCCESSFULLY via the app and still once in a very SHORT while the license is lost?

Am I doing something wrong in the registration process or what?

It is f****** annoying to every time re-register the device as PREMIUM and it never lasts???
It takes me 5-10 tries until i succeed registering it with my PREMIUM licence!

I’ve tried until now:

  1. Disconnected the app from the avast account several times via anti-theft and via anti-virus
  2. Deleted the device on “my.avast.com” reconnected via anti-virus
  3. Same as previous but via the Anti-Theft itself
  4. Remove anti-theft and re-install (the only one that is working most of the time but it requires to set all the parameters AGAIN)

I don’t know what else to be done…

Any thoughts/ideas/whatever is welcome!

Can you please advice your email (used for buying the licence) and device type? Do you have any backup apps installed on that device? Thanks.

Device is Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 Intl. Ver.
BUT it is on custom ROM and KERNEL

And again the same thing, the device shows as premium and the account shows as free…
