Premium Security Bank Mode blocks some of my Dropbox PDF files

I have purchased Ultimate but not yet installed it on this computer. On the one I have installed it I cannot even see the files on Secure Browser. Though if I share them on Facebook I can see them.
Why no block warning? Both Windows 10.

Thanks, I’ve now discovered that files uploaded through Avast Secure Browser to Dropbox can only be seen in the same browser on the same computer. But if I use the same computer and Chrome for the upload the problem is fixed and the files can even be seen on Avast Secure Browser anywhere.
