Premium Tech Support

I recently updated Avast and have valid licenses. Today it grabbed a program I have used for years and moved it to the Virus Vault due to suspicious behavior. In the Virus Vault there was no “Restore” option. I tried to reinstall, but it was problematic. I think you should have given me the possibility to use e-mail and you should use a chat-option. English is not my primary language and bad hearing and bad phone-lines makes it very difficult to understand the support person! So I did really not agree to “As verified and confirmed by you, we will now close the ticket”. But later on, as I switched to Avast in English, the option “Restore” became available and I could restore the program. I don’t know if it was the English language pack that contained the Restore option or if something else happened. I am relying on Avast doing good things on my PC, but it is most risky and unsatisfactory not to have any personal contact when in trouble. Perhaps this Forum would have been a better choice.
