even in silent mode, I can’t seem to prevent these. And when in a full-screen application (a game for example), it is quite irritating to be forced out of it.
I’m already a premium member. I don’t need the marketing spam!
It really shouldn’t happen in silent mode or full screen gaming.
Do you also have the Do Not Disturb Mode set (it should help also) ?
If not try that, there isn’t much in the normal User Interface (UI) area for the Do Not Disturb Mode.
If that helps great, if it doesn’t go into the hidden undocumented “geek:area” there are more settings in the geek:area for Do Not Disturb mode. Some of which are unchecked, I don’t know if they might help. Open the UI > Settings > Search and type geek:area and scroll down the The Do Not Disturb (Almost at the bottom) section.
But don’t try to much at one time or you won’t remember what you had and what you changed. Taking a screenshot of the settings before making any changes so you can keep track.
And only one option was unchecked in the Geek area.
It must not be coming from Premium Security.
These are pop-ups telling me that renewal of cleaner is coming up and asking me to bundle in with other things. Now that I’ve typed that “out loud”, I think I need to check Cleaner. D’oh.
I have Breachguard, Cleanup Premium and Driver Updater.
No problem, at least it has you are aware where it is coming from.
Given that it is a Cleanup product renewal reminder, I’m not sure if that would be covered by the main Premium Security do not disturb/silent mode, etc.
