Just bought Avast and went to my online banking in Safezone I couldn’t print a payment or save it. It said I had saved it but when I exited it wasn’t there. Possibly it is saved elsewhere. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium with a HL-2140 Brother printer. If I cannot print and save from Safezone unfortunately the product will be useless. It is probably something simple that I am missing. The FAQ’s were not help.
Read the HELP file within the avast GUI, it is denoted by the “?” .
Avast > Settings > Tools > SafeZone > Parameters … here you set the saving ( or not ) of items to desktop.
Saving/clipboard should be off by default for obvious security reasons.
Saving /printing works well with SafeZone.
