thanks for reporting this, it is a spurious warning, we will remove it in the next version.
You can get rid of the popups by adding the app to Ransomware’s Allowed Apps:
-open GUI
-select Ransomware Shield
-select Allowed Apps
-click +
-Select Manually
-press cmd+shift+g and paste the path /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/CloudDocsDaemon.framework/Versions/A/Support/bird
-select Choose
Alternatively just wait until the new version is out.
