Avast Pro prompts to remind me that my subscription is going to expire in 11 days. I click on “Renew and Save 30%” and nothing happens. Is there a page on Avast I can sign in that knows I’m a returning customer and allow me to renew?

Good. Then go ahead and renew in the link I have given you. Use the same email which you used before (You can also use different email id. But I ask you to enter the same email id so that they will know that you are the one who is renewing ;))
I notice http://www.avast.com/lp-renewal only has one license type for Pro Antivirus for $29.95 while my auto-renew prompt shows $38.46 (after 30% discount from $54.95) for 3 PCs.

I don’t understand why it showing for pro on the auto prompt. Can you post a screenshot of it? Thanks.

Can you try clicking it again? Sometimes it happens. Try clicking more than once. The url to which it goes is what is important to get the offer. So, try again?
I’ve clicked on it a dozen times. Even closed, re-opened and click. Still unresponsive.
