Hi, I’ll get straight to the point. Some days ago from my card disappeared 300 euro when I tried to buy Pro Antivirus which costs 300 ruble (russian currency). Even on my email I received nothing. I wrote to the support team in russian 2 days later, explained the problem, yet I received nothing. Today I wrote about the same problem in english, but I am afraid not to receive anything again. Can you tell me what can I do? I want to know everything
