I think it’s time that we (paying customers) get seperate forums from the free versions.I know we have priority in tickets submitted but to have to surf thru multiple free versions of forum posts makes it quite a daunting task.

There are no priorities here on the forum everyone is treated the same.
The free and paid versions all use the same engine so they are basicly all the same at core level and being able to post issues for free or paid in the open forum usually gets responses and help faster.
Surfing through multiple posts can be made easyer by using the search function.
You can set your profile to send an email if your thread get any post and then track it back.
You can also check the link at the top of avast forums called “Show new replies to your posts” (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?action=unreadreplies).
