I was looking at this website www.weather.com i was looking at the radar the little map to look at weather and my computer crashed because of this file i got a blue screen and that file name was at the bottom i dont know how it happen i use avast home… i can provide all info needed…
i use XP Media center edition sp3
anything else…? and how and why this would happen? ???
Sounds like it may be a memory failure (could be a bunch of things though).

do you think there could be a problem with my computer also do u want me to upload the .iso file it saves?
Please, go to folder \windows\minidump and send the newest (recent) .mdmp files for analysis. There is also C:\Windows\Memory.dmp file.
Better if you can compress (zip) them and add some information about the BSOD and the link for this thread.

Hmm i dont see any of those dump files there is no windows/minidump it might be because i use a temp file cleaner called ccleaner also webroot window washer any other solutions?
Wait for the bluescreen to appear again (if that happens) and make sure to save the minidump file in that case. It’s not possible to say anything without it.
You can disable Automatic Restart:
System Properties > Advanced > [Startup and Recovery]Settings
Remove the checkmark from “Automatically Restart” in the System Failure section.
And check more info.
Also, set for full memory dump (Control Panel > System > Advanced > Initialization… or something like that).

On write debug information, choose the full dump (the largest one).
Hmm ok i choose the one that said kernal memory dump.
