Problem login on Windows 2003 server SP1

I have installed avast 4 server tiral on my server. After reboot, I can’t access to the server via Terminal services.
I have tried to access in safe mode, but the server logout me.

How can I resolve this problem? All the services are up, but I can’t access whit administrator right.

Please help me soon as possible.

so are you saying that you can’t even access the server in Safe Mode? And what about in normal mode, but directly from the console (not via Remote Desktop)?

What are the symptoms, exactly? The server is locked, or crashes?

the server is locked!
when we enter the administrator password, it logout instantly.
