Hi everyone ! I have Avast but it is in polish (and I dont understand everything). I’ve just gone on Avast help to change language and did everything said but when I click on others languages nothing happen and I am connecting to the internet.
What can I do ?

What if you manually invoke program update (e.g. from the blue avast! tray icon) - does that work?
If you know how change the language, you can uninstall, download you language version and reinstall.
There is no problem.
Mine is in Slovene; if I uninstall and reinstall in English is my computer unprotected for that period and how long will it take?
Is there another way to change it from the avast options? (As they are in Slovene I don’t know what to click on to try!!

Yes, you will be “quite” unprotected so I suggest, you download the English Version of Avast first [the one below, not the CNET link]. Then, disconnect from the internet and uninstall your Avast Slovene. After reboot, install Avast English.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > avast! antivirus > Change.
Select the languages you want and avast will update them. Boot.
