I tried to download avast but it got stuck on 99% on both the installation and scan
I then tried to uninstall from programs but it wouldnt let me because it is getting setup.
After that i downloaded avastclear and ran it but that also got stuck.
I just want to uninstall avast so i can install it again and get it working.
Did you do a system restart after first getting stuck, that would effectively be the way to get out of this.
You are unlikely to be able to do an uninstall if the program hadn’t fully installed. The same may be the case trying to run avastclear if you hadn’t done a restart first.
Have or did you have any other Antivirus installed prior to trying to install avast ?
