Thanks!

What happened prior to non-booting ?

Download the attached fixlist to the same location as FRST
Start FRST as before and press fix
On completion try a reboot (you may need to run repair my computer twice)

Thanks,
Unfortunately it doesn’t work (or I did something wrong). Please find the repair log and the new frst.txt.
My brother used the computer, he said there was a message about a new updates, unfortunately, he don’t know that from Win or from Avast and he accepted or not… :o

Looks like it was a windows on from the log

OK next step

At the command prompt type the following command

chkdsk c: /r

Then try a normal boot

Hi,

I done that before previous step, and done it again, but no change. Still don’t boot…

Unfortunately this appears to be common(ish) on these computers… You may have to reset windows

:frowning: It’s very bad new. For last chance could you delete/unistall/stop Avast? Not start with windows? Maybe this solve the problem…maybe?

OK but it may now stop at mup.sys

Download the attached fixlist to the same location as FRST
Start FRST as before and press fix
On completion try a reboot (you may need to run repair my computer twice)

Hi,

Thanks, but unfortunatrely as we expected it didn’t help. After uninstall Avast, the next stop was after classpnp.sys - I solved it. Now stop at disk.sys - I couldn’t solve it. I think just with new OS >:(

Thanks for all your helps.

Aye it is a windows problem and not avast’s I am afraid
