PROBLEM WITH AVAST EASY PASS

I just bought and installed Avast Easy Pass, but I have this problem: When I try to save a password, appears a message that says: ADD FILE: _ SYSINFO.TXT, and then, a windows that says: ROBOFORM CRASH REPORTING: CANNOT CREATE DIAGNOSTIC FILE: CANNOT CREATE ZIP FILE, and then, another windows that says: RUNTIME ERROR!PROGRAM: C:/ THIS APPLICATION HAS REQUESTED THE RUNTIME TO TERMINATE IN AN UNUSUAL WAY . PLEASE CONTACT THE APPLICATION´S SUPPORT TEAM FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

This is my second message to tell you about the problem I have to install Avast Easy Pass.

I have also written to support@avast.com, and I have received no answer.

Yesterday, I ran a Registry Cleaner, and Avast Easy Pass worked fine in the Administrator session, but it repeats the same error in the Users sessions.

Could it be that the setup file they sent me has an error?

Please, I would like to receive some help to solve this problem.

 Until some of the more knowledgeable forum members and Moderators can arrive to assist you, may I make a suggestion?  Please avoid using products such as registry cleaners, registry optimizers, etc!  These products can cause serious problems with a computer's registry, as well as, possibly making it more difficult to resolve the problems you are experiencing. 

If you still haven’t received any help in the next 24 hours, you may wish to consider sending a personal message to a forum Moderator asking for assistance. (Due to the significant numbers of requests for help the forums here receive…it can sometimes take a little extra time for someone to get back to you).

Thank you very much for your help, Asyn. I used the setup file you sent me, and read the User guide, but the problem still remains the same. :frowning:

By the way, in the Knowledgebase there is no reference to Avast Easy Pass, only to Avast Antivirus or Internet Security.
