Problem with Avast Pro and BMC Service Desk Express 9.0

I am using Avast Professional in a Windows XP Machine SP2 after install Avast I can´t use this aplication BMC Service Desk Express 9.0
you have some solution, comment about this.

Why can’t you use the application ?

Are you saying avast detects it as infected ?
If so what is the infected file name and location of the file ?

In one of the search results is one from alanrf, who is very knowledgeable in matters email related. Try using the advanced search option and search for sympatico with the user alanrf, so you should see his posts that contain sympatico. You can also order the search results to display the most recent first.
