Problem with avast recommendations

Hello everyone,

Long time avast user and never had any problem. This one is related to avast recommendation services.
I noticed 2 weeks ago that in my.avast account > recommendations status bar for recommend is stuck on 19 friends/users. Last two weeks I used my standard link for sharing, downloaded from same link, installed product for 4 people and registered product with their correct email address and all of them where different but this users are not registered yet in my.avast account. Before was doing same cause I recommend avast product as much as I can. Never had any problem usually everything was working perfect.
I’m aware that recommend avast program support max. 21 users so other 2 from this 4 will not be there but if everything is fine I should have 21/21 and be able to download license for 3 years.

If I need to contact avast support where should I do that (what section)?

I would be grateful if someone could help me and tell what’s wrong or where is the problem.

The reward system has never came out of beta and no rewards where given at that time.
avast stopped it about 1 year(?) ago.

You don't do it in a section, you do it through the website. https://www.avast.com > help and support or https://support.avast.com

So avast recommendations stop 1 year ago and all activations I did this 2 weeks won’t be registered if I understand correctly?

Reading this, my first reaction was BS. But I checked and as it seems avast has changed the site very recently. And with recently I really mean recently as it wasn't as it is now 10 hours ago >:(
