Problem with avast

Hello all. I have in my pc (desktop) the avast internet security 7.0.1426
and along the malwarebytes - antimalware. for a few days to scan every day that makes me finds the malwarebytes and the particular mbamservice.exe that a virus and not let me do nothing. Your quote from the reference below the avast! What should I do if indeed a virus; :-\
