problem with bankmode

To get to bankmode I have to load safeZone browser twice. Open browser and close browser than open browser for 2nd time and Bankmode works.

Same with right clicking Ran Bankmode from icon in taskbar, have to click twice to work.

Only noticed this after updating to SafeZone version 4.58.2552.909.

Delete it

Possibly my issue is related to the issue the OP is having. I am a brand new user of Avast. I would like to use the Bank Mode in the SafeZone Browser. I have the latest version of Avast. I cannot get Bank Mode to load…

I deleted the SZB file and then I tried to get into Bank Mode again. At first it said Bank Mode Setting Up and then it said Bank Mode failed to load.

This time it worked as normal ( don’t figure)

Tonight after booting up.

Right clicked on Avast icon in system tray, then clicked Run bank Mode.
All seemed fine till I checked Credit card icon was grey.

Closed BankMode, re- clicked Ran Bank Mode this time credit card icon green.

Gunners, it seems the window just does not report focus to bank mode extension correctly. You can always fix it when you click outside the window and the click back to the SZB window… Icon should be fine then.

I cannot tell you this will be fixed because it happens from time to time… At least on my PC and virtual machines.

In one of the previous replies here, I read about Right Clicking on the Avast icon in the Windows System Tray. If I do that and then click on “Run Bank Mode” then Bank Mode starts for me, without any problem. I noticed, a few days ago, that the Avast program was updated. Possibly the Bank Mode issue was improved, in the updated Software? I am happy, because now I can use “Bank Mode”, so this thread did help me. THANK YOU!
