Problem with boot

Hello,

I have Avast Pro Version 17.7.2314, in the last few days when my PC boots and it opens desktop, it starts with a strange web page, when I checked line in msconfig it was “explorer.exe http://ozirizsoos.info”, and when I scaned PC with Avast he found nothing !!! Now every time before restart I have to uncheck in msconfig this line. What is this ?!
