i install avast 4 home, and then i registered and i have a mail with key licens. but that key is wrong-the program show me: this key is failed.
i don’t understed it! why? help me…
Copy and paste the key from the email into Avast 4. Make sure that there is no trailing space when you do this. Let us know if it works this way.

i do that - and i see this video. but the program still talk me: i;ts non active key! i don’t understed why.
I just installed Avast 4 home for a customer and generated a key. Everything is working like it should. I suggest you request a new key from Avast website and use another email address than you have used to get this one. That should solve it.
i reinstal program and then i give him new key. and now it;s work ;D
