I have been trying to get a new license for my Avast home edition for several months now, to no avail. I have checked everything related to my mail service and the spams filters. I have tried another email address and nothing… I have sent mails to the support guys and did not get any answer… I have uninstalled and installed a few times… What else to do?..
Sending an email to support may not receive a reply for the same reasons you aren’t receiving the email with the registration key, so I don’t think they are ignoring you.
Though why this would still be the same with a different email address, unless it is for the same domain name. You could try a Yahoo one and see if that gets through.
The email address you need to add to your white lists is register@avast.com or add avast.com to your white list. What is the domain name being used for the email address (the part after the @ ?

I would follow up on getting a Yahoo email address and see how you get on with that.
In the forums there is an option to be notified by email of new posts in this topic, I assume you are getting these as a different domain is used, asw.cz ?
No it doesn’t give you another option, it is just to show that email generated by avast (forum) gets through and as chocholo confirmed the main domain avast.com is being blocked by Cantv.
Well, provider is not blocking mails from avast.com (including those requesting unlisting). All mail from our Prague-based servers is blocked, doesn’t matter on domain (asw.cz, avast.com, tydlipydlidou.ve). Forum notifications are sent by server on other continent, because of this they come through.
