problem with licences when we replace computers on the network

hello,

I ve a problem with ADNM licenses …
I have about 130 licenses for my network computers and about 120 computers.
We recently replace a few machines … and now icons with a key across appears in the AMS’ console.

Is it true that I must uninstall agents before replacing computers with ADNM only for it remove license otherwise it count a new license

How Can I do to cancel the expired licenses thus my computer can befit licences that we bought ?

How can I do to retrieve the real number of licences ?

Hi Arno,

Delete the old machines from the catalogue and cleanup your AD. the licenses will then be released from the old machines and are free for the new ones.
