I have version 4.5.546 and I encounter the following problem :
I use Spamcombat and it’s the second time Avast tells me there’s a possible infection when scanning e-mail, but the windows doesn’t appear to ask me what I want to do ( delete the message or go on ).
Glocksoft seems “looping” : I think it’s waiting for an answer of avast message.
During writing this message, the window is appeared ( some minutes after the vocal sound telling me there’s a possible infection )

Update to the new 549 and try again.
Come back if the problem persists.
