with huawei y6 ii i have another problem that sometimes downloading the photo the file is empty by 0 kb, while on phone memory the file is correct, does anyone know the reason?

How exactly are you downloading the photo ?
On the phone or on a pc or… ?

Both pc and smrtphone happen the same problem from my.avast site, that the photos have size 0 kb.
