problem with setup dotnet 3.5

hi all ,i have problem . i cant run dotnet setup 3.5 when i use AVAST! 5.1.864, but i remove it ,dotnet setup run normaly :expressionless: … help :frowning: . I using win7 buld 7601 .
i download dotnet from here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7&displaylang=en

The .net framework can be problematic, in my experience. (And, going by reports around the web, a lot of others’ experience, too.)

You need version 1 and 2 installed, before installing 3.5; as stated in the download information, it is a cumulative update.

The good news is that the file only needs to be run once, to install it. I would suggest simply disabling Avast while the installation is proceeding, (be offline while the antivirus is disabled), and once it is installed, and the computer rebooted, enable Avast again.

thanks for help ,but i think my problem is differences of you. i use window7 utlimate so dotnet 1.0 and 2.0 is ready in my pc.

and when i upgrade AVAST! 5.1.864, run dotnetfx35setup.exe ,nothing appear, check in task manager ,i couldnt find process dotnetfx35setup.exe … run it again ,and check in task manager ,nothing again :|, it same when i disable avast.

but ,when i remove avast ,it run normally. after that ,i try install avast 5.0.677,amazing, dotnetfx35setup.exe can run .

so,i thing setup dotnet 3.5 have conflict with AVAST! 5.1.864 .
