problem with skype on laptop after intallatin of avast security 5.0

As already explained in a previous topic by someone else, I can re use exactly the same text:
“Hi,
I’ve just purchase “Avast 5 INTERNET security”. I did install it to my laptop and that cause MS word 2003 to malfunction. Now i can’t save files in word. I also notice that SKYPE can’t load too. On the other PC with same programs and Avast i don’t have this problems”

HI DMORLET!!!i have no idea about it.But here is many way to find out your solution…If you have use answer.yahoo.com,wiki.com then you problem will be solve…Because there are many people available to solve problems of other persons…So best of luck…

Uninstall Avast 5 and download the new Avast 6 from their website. If you still have problems then, please can you provide the following information:

  • Your operating system, version, service packs. Have you installed all Windows updates from Microsoft Update?
  • Hardware model, processor name and speed, and RAM
  • Available disk space on C:\
