Problem with the license

I asked a question from avast support but an auto reply service told me you don’t have any license
I just bought a license from a resller taday
And let’s be honest
Before that, i was using avast with licenses that are in the internet
And now i’ve bought a license from a reseller in Russia
I used it on the avast while i was using avast with the license that i had found in the internet
Maybe it is because of this error
I can send you license and sales slip if you want
I have connected to my account with avast internet security

There is no any licence registered for your email address. Is the licence you purchased listed under your Avast account?

No it is not listed
I haven’t bought it from avast site
I bought it from a reseller from Russia
Because you don’t have any partner in Iran
I can send you the license and sale slip if you want

It is not needed. If the license is not listed under your account then it is not a legitimate sale. Even licenses sold by resellers are listed in the Avast account. I am not blaming you at all as I understand that you purchased the license from what you maybe thought it was a real reseller, just trying to make clear why you receive the message from the support system.
