Dear all, I have a big problem, when I was trying to uninstall avast inernet security from my win 8 pc, it wanted to reboot to finish the process. After that, it booted up to the blue start screen and my mouse and my keyboard weren’t functioning, and now I’m stuck…

If you attempt rebooting 2 or 3 times Windows 8 should enter a “Repair” mode which will then allow you to set to reboot into SafeMode and you can uninstall your product from there
