Hello…I have windows xp sp3 ,avast free antivirus 6.0.1203 and comodo internet security 5(have installed firewall only without defence + and antivirus)
The problem from what i can see is than Avast interferes somehow with utorrent…I have good downlaod /uplaod speed that would explain the cpu usage for both cases in the following screens…but when avast is enabled the cpu usage is much higher,

Also i have to add that utorrent is added to exclusions in fileshield,and behaviour shield exclusions list
