problem with webshield stop

Hi,
When choice to stop webshield for 10 min and confirm… avastUI display green webshield active…
When return to Home AvastUI, it say Avast is stopped; problem… no protect, restart AVAST.

Important information anyway, I do not reproduce the problem every time. But at least once a day. I do not turn off the laptop, it is put on standby when not used.
